Current Students

Current student data is stored in the university’s student information system BANNER, which is managed by the Registrar’s office. In reference to accessing student contact information for communication:

• Academic Strategic Communication oversees the Mass Emails to Students request process for offices that wish to send marketing messages out to the student body.
• Enrollment Marketing, Communications, and Systems streamlines transactional communications for various offices on campus.

Prospective/New Students

Enrollment Marketing, Communications, and Systems oversees enrollment communications to prospective and incoming 世界杯官方app students through the university’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Alumni/Donor

Advancement and Alumni Engagement oversees the university’s database of alumni, friends and stakeholders through 世界杯官方app’s enterprise donor management systems. To request a list for direct mail or email to these constituencies, submit a ticket through Advancement's portal in ServiceNow.

世界杯官方app Athletics oversees the management of data lists for 世界杯官方app football season ticket holders and community supporters.
